Staging Your Home

An excellent way to enhance the value of a home that is either vacant or contains outdated furniture is to have the home staged with modern furniture and accessories. It is important that a buyer not only "feels at home" while they are evaluating the purchase of a property, but also has an idea of potential furniture layouts. A staged home can solve both of these issues effectively.

The cost of a staged home ranges depending on the size of the home, the number of pieces required by the client and the quality of the furnishings. Regardless of the costs however, a staged home easily pays for itself with an increased home sale price.

I have partnered with a staging company that has agreed not to charge my clients for the staging until such a point that the homes sells. In the unusual case where a home does not sell, the home owner will not be required to pay for the staging.
