The Vancouver Market Today
The market in Vancouver is experiencing some interesting times!  While many people have opinions on what is happening, there remain some key points to be reminded of:
1) Interest Rates:  Rates have increased slightly recently but are still very reasonable. 
2) Available Inventory:  There are signficantly more properties on the market, which provides buyers and investors with more options to find the perfect property.  For sellers, it is critical to work with someone who will be able to differentiate your product from all of the other options on the market.
3) Time to Upgrade:  For both buyers and sellers, it is a fantastic time to upgrade your home from a one bedroom to a two bedroom or a townhouse to a house.  There is the opportunity to negotiate excellent deals for both buyers and sellers to ensure that the value in the transaction is maxmized.
