As first time home buyers we just recently purchased our first home. After trying out a few realtors we were happy to work with Aleya. The first realtors we worked with weren't listening to our needs. They set us up with an e-mail generated search engine which was based solely on price, not specifications. This left us endlessly searching through properties which did not meet with our criteria. isn't that the realtors job? We asked ourselves. When we did go to view properties they were pushy and quick to try to seal the deal without giving us time to discuss it.

Aleya's approach was very geared towards meeting our needs. She only forwarded us listings which met our long list of criteria. When we viewed properties she always asked what we thought first, and then pointed out what she noticed to be pro's and con's of the property. She was very observant to damage and possible areas of concern.
