The Seller's Checklist is a tool that I provide my clients to ensure that the are ready to show their home to potential buyers.

 

The first checklist allows the Seller to focus on the preparation of the their home to ensure that the first impression realized by potential buyers is maximized. 

 

The second checklist provides a Seller with a summary of the actions needed to be undertaken when the sale is completed and the commencement of the moving process starts.  .
