This area of my website is catered to First Time Home Buyers (FTHB), due to ensure that the individual(s) clearly understand the buying process and the pros and cons to various factors surrounding a home purchase.

 

Buying your first home will be a very emotional experience!  There will be times of joy and times of frustration.  My job as your Realtor is to work with you through the process by encouraging you when you get discouraged while still keeping your expectations in line with what works for you financially and personally.   My non-pressure style and focus on client satisfaction will ensure that we get through the FTHB experience successfully!
