The Buyer's Checklist serves two key purposes to facilitate the Buying process.

 

First, the checklist allows the Buyer to review the variables associated with a buying decision to understand and prioritize what is truly important to the individual(s) and their families.

 

Second, the checklist allows me to clearly understand what a Buyer is seeking in a home to ensure that the properties that we review meet those criteria and we utilize our time together most efficiently and effectively.
