Biography
I was born into this business! My father has been a realtor in Vancouver for almost 40 years.
As a Realtor, I am very fortunate to have signifcant experience in supporting Real Estate transactions all over the Vancouver Lower Mainland. I was born and raised in the Burnaby and Coquitlam areas but have lived all over Vancouver (East and West). I know the lower mainland as well as most and can tell you the pros and cons of living in most areas of Vancouver. As I now reside Downtown, this is my niche market , along with the surrounding communities including Yaletown, West End, Coal Harbour, Gastown, Kitsilano and Point Grey.
Currently, the majority of my business (about 90%) is captured through existing clients completing further transactions or those clients referring my Realtor services to others. My clients believe in the Customer Service that I provide and I ensure that the transaction on a property goes as smooth as possible.
Real Estate is my passion and therefore I spend a great deal of time and resources continually learning new personal and professional skills as well as researching market conditions and trends.
I am excited about life and work. I connect very well with people and this is the key to my success with family, friends and clients.
